In 1984, at just 14 years old, Erasmo Da Silva entered the world of hospitality with a goal to master every aspect of the business. Seamlessly integrating his studies with hands-on experience, he laid a solid foundation for his future. Despite earning a law degree, Erasmo’s true calling was hospitality. He dedicated himself full-time to upholding and expanding his father’s legacy, fueled by a deep passion for the industry.
Arriving in Miami, Erasmo sought to grow the family business in South Florida. After 36 months of meticulous market research, gastronomic study, and competitive analysis, Zucca opened its doors. Today, Zucca stands as a cornerstone of Miami’s dining scene, celebrated for its authentic Italian cuisine, award-winning wine cellar, and gracious hospitality.
